Vicki Matso

Aviation Sales Manager for the South-Central region: Vicki has been in the aviation trade for nearly 18 years mostly in the trip planning/fuel services segment. Vicki was the Senior Sales Representative with Universal Weather and UVAir (aviation fuel). At UVAir, she managed their fuel program. She also invested her time with FBOs, flight departments, and OEMs to build partnerships between the three segments across the United States. Prior to Universal, Vicki spent four years with Mercury Air Group where she held the positions of Dispatcher and Fuel Manager. Vicki also worked with a FBO software company, X1FBO marketing solutions to FBOs. Vicki is a member of Women in Aviation, Girls with Wings, past board member of the South Florida Business Aviation Association and was a Co-Chair during the creation of Houston Regional Aviation Professionals. Vicki is actively working with Dream Flights to support veterans with free flights.

Meegan Berreth

Aviation Sales Administrator: Prior to joining CityServiceValcon, Meegan had worked at a law office as a Legal Assistant. She also worked for Coca Cola Bottling as the District Sales Manager and an Area Manager for Schwan’s Home Service. Meegan grew up in Whitefish, MT and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Montana State University.

Dev Sharma

Aviation Business Director: Dev has over 29 years of aviation experience. Dev’s prior experience includes Airport and FBO management, refueler production, lease and maintenance, fuel supply procurement and territory management. He worked for AMR Services/American Airlines as a Ramp Service Supervisor servicing commercial aircrafts and for McKenzie Flying Service servicing the GA sector at the Eugene Airport while attending college from 1987 to 1992. He managed an FBO at the Creswell Airport where his job evolved into airport management from 1992 to 1997. Dev joined Valley Oil Company in 1997 as the refueler department manager where he designed, developed and procured aviation refuelers and leased and maintained equipment. He was promoted to Sales Manager for the NW, Rocky Mountains and eventually California and Hawaii. During his sales tenure at EPIC, Dev has assisted with fuel supply procurement, logistics, marketing, business development and business strategies. In May 2015, Dev was promoted to VP of Sales, Western U.S. He is an Instrument-rated pilot with over 1200 hours flying in the Northwest region, ferrying aircrafts and flying skydivers.
