Breezy Burlison

Technical and Operations Manager

Airport Fuel/Equipment Inspections, Aviation Fuel Quality Training, Refueler Truck Sales/Leases, Fuel Farm/Refueler, Truck Parts and Filtration

Breezy has a degree in vocation education which created the foundation for an opportunity to teach school for four years during the early 70’s. Upon getting married in 1976 there was motivation to return to the industry as a salesman in a familiar field, petroleum.  Breezy’s devotion to the petroleum industry began at 17 working on a drilling rig which was found to be fascinating work. Later, many years were spent working from the supply side providing components and supplies to the exploration end of the business. In 1988 fortune favored Breezy with a most suitable opportunity, aviation.

At CityServiceValcon, the aviation team offered fuel and credit card services to many customers in the Northern Rocky’s and plains states. It was in the late 80’s that CSV began to offer refuelers and related supplies, this is a practice which to Breezy, was of great interest and satisfaction. Life experiences, especially in petroleum, are a great asset in understanding refuelers and fuel farms and Breezy understands the like.

Breezy attended Oklahoma State University, Stillwater OK and his professional values include prompt to help with any problem while offering solutions and being a team member. Breezy enjoys rail terminals, fuel farm design, & refuelers. He has also been a speaker/presenter to national and state professional conferences. Local schools have presented Breezy with appreciation awards which he feels to be very endearing. During his spare time Breezy enjoys fishing, gardening, hunting, and exploring adventurous intrigues with my grandchildren.
